Product arrived packed well and on time. There was a small defect, a scratch on the front. It was listed and pictures as having all hardware included, so I assumed the knob and latch that were pictured were included, but they weren’t. The hinges and screws were though, so that was nice. These doors are perfect for our dark hallway. They allow light from the rooms into the hall but they still maintain privacy. If somone is standing right inside the door, you can see a shadow, but not the person. If they anywhere else in the room, they aren't visible at all. The doors are heavy-duty and while the included door handle are ok, we substituted other's to our taste. The Prehung doors took quite a bit to get them up and fitted and screwed in. But they're in and they look good. The prehung part is not a solid frame, but pieces that have to be assembled, screwed together and mounted. We got it done and did 3 doors. It's nice having doors when company comes. I like it a lot and am happy I purchased it. My only issue is that it stays it is prehung but it is not. The frame came in a separate box that you had to put together. Ordered this door for a bedroom, fits pretty good. When the door arrived it had a little damage but decided to keep it and repair damage. We didn't paint it before it was hung.
