The package came in well packed. I was going to install it hardwired in the guess bath. I tested it first and it's not that bad. This towel warmer is really nice and it works well. I like that it folds down to a nice compact size for storage. I will say I assumed the folding down for storage would be easier and that I would do it between each use, but it requires popping out the 4 supports and unscrewing the legs, so its a little too inconvenient for me personally to do each time. So far, were liking this a lot. Keeps our towels toasty when we get out of the shower and dries them off better than air drying if we shower 2x a day from the gym. This is our second towel warmer.
