This is a lovely, shiny gold heated towel rack. I think it’s quite nice. It was simple to assemble but a bit of a bear to install. I used measuring tape and level to double check placement and still had to move one screw slightly. Also, the molly bolts were not very useful as they bent trying to tap them into the wall. Use your own. It heated up nicely and adjusted easily I hope it lasts! I would recommend it’s a good product for a decent price.. Laurie. Temecula, CA. Tue Aug 25 2026

With this towel warmer’s polished finish and crisp, strong lines, the Metropolitan makes an immediate visual impact in any room. With two groups of five heated bars, this towel warmer has more than enough room to accommodate two large towels (or a bathrobe) to warm or dry them in between uses. The Metropolitan is made from durable stainless steel with a highly polished finish that is both attractive and easy to clean. The Metropolitan is also dual connection, meaning it can be used “as is” to plug into a standard 120 VAC outlet or it can be modified by a licensed electrician to have a hardwired 120 VAC electrical connection. When the Metropolitan is installed with a hardwired electrical connection, its unique design means there is no unattractive and cumbersome cover plate required. Additionally, this towel warmer is extremely safe and is cETLus listed. The Metropolitan comes with an LED power switch and TempSmart overheat protection to prevent the unit’s surface temperature from exceeding 176F (80C). Optional towel warmer controls sold separately.

We had a friend tell us to make sure we put a towel warmer in! So glad we did! The square shape matched all our Square accessories! This particular one can be hot wired or plugged in. So mine just plugs into the wall! You do have to turn it on and off. The 7 evenly spaced bars provide a heat output of 256 BTUs per hour that will ensure warm and dry towels and bathrobes. The 304-stainless steel construction and highly polished finish combine to create a visually striking towel warmer. This model comes with built-in TempSmart™ overheat protection to prevent the unit’s surface temperature from exceeding 149°F (65°C).

This was a pleasant surprise, I had very low expectation due the very economical price. I LOVE it. I have a small bathroom, fits above the toilet perfectly.. Margarete. Sat Jul 08 2023
