We've put it on the wall and powered it up and everything seems to be working as it should. I haven't yet measured the surface temperature of the panels but my "touch test" suggests it's at or close to the 158 degree advertised temperature. It also seems solidly built, so I feel confident it will hold up over time. Standard bath towels, first folded in half, fit pretty well, although they hang just a touch over the end. We also did a "hardwired" installation, with the wire running behind the wall to the junction box. This involves a little extra work, including cutting off the plug and stripping the wires, but it provides a "cleaner" look and in my view is worth the effort. My one modest complaint is that the wall anchors that are included don't feel sufficient for long-term hold, particularly on the 4-bar model. I strongly suggest that you find a stud for mounting, and use "wing" style anchors where a stud is not available. This is what we did and it now feels quite solid. Bottom line - I recommend this product.. George. Wed May 27 2026

This is a lovely, shiny gold heated towel rack. I think it’s quite nice. It was simple to assemble but a bit of a bear to install. I used measuring tape and level to double check placement and still had to move one screw slightly. Also, the molly bolts were not very useful as they bent trying to tap them into the wall. Use your own. It heated up nicely and adjusted easily I hope it lasts! I would recommend it’s a good product for a decent price.. Laurie. Temecula, CA. Wed Aug 26 2026

Featured with micro-computer temperature control temp inside can stay at about 158℉. The towel is hot but steamy at this temp. No matter when you need the towel, they are ready to be used. Save your time and help you a lot in your business.

So far, so good. It' s only been in use two weeks, so I can't comment on durability. But it heats damp towels from cold in about 45 minutes. If you pre-warm them in the microwave, the cabinet is warm in about 20 minutes. I love that they are kept at just the right temperature all day; no need to use tongs to remove from cabinet because they are too hot, or waft them in the air before placing them on clients. I wanted something to fit 4 large bath towels to use by the hot tub but this only fits hand towels and is probably more appropriate for spa use (eg nail salon, barber shop, etc). Adding a heated towel rack can turn your daily shower into a luxurious experience. Our towel heater has 4 vertical heating tracks, and all towels can be placed on one heating rack. As a space saving and storage solution, it looks neat and orderly, modern in design, and stylish in appearance. In addition to heating your towel, our heater can also prevent the fabric from producing a terrible moldy smell and ultimately reduce the frequency of cleaning your towel. You can also use it to dry swimsuits, blankets, jackets, socks, etc.

It does warm up our towels but not quite as well as I was hoping by for the price. At least it helps dry out the towels quicker especially when the weather is cooler. We hung the rack over the plug in so it’s not noticeable when towels are hung. Jenice. Leva Home Collective. Fri Sep 04 2026
