This couch fit our needs nicely. The sofa bed is a bit smaller than expected but will still work for what I need. It will need a mattress topper to make it comfortable for longer stays but I feel most sofa beds do so that’s not really an issue for us. It was very easy to put together had no issues. The cushions did fluff up a bit after a few days and are ok but the back cushions could us a bit more stuffing to make it more comfortable, so I will probably purchase some to add to it. The over all look is great and I’m happy with our purchase.. Emi. US. Wed Nov 20 2024

At first glance, the couch appeared attractive; however, upon assembly, it became clear that the overall quality was lacking. More than half of the pre-drilled holes did not align properly, and the assembly instructions were difficult to follow. Additionally, the fabric and cushions feel inexpensive, and I have concerns about their long-term durability.. Brittany. Snow Hill, NC. Tue Nov 04 2025

Beautiful sofa bed. Very easy to assemble and we loved the color. It is small so perfect for those with limited space. Whilst it is a bit hard to sit on it still feels comfortable and hope it will soften up as we use it. Probably best to have two to unload and assemble certain sections.. Maykon. Chicago, IL. This cloud couch is HUGE. We purchased the 4 seater and it is perfectly long and extremely comfortable. It was very easy to put together, just open and put the covers on the base and pillows. It’s not super fluffy but it is very soft and comfortable enough to lay on and enjoy watching tv with 2-3 more people next to you and everyone having more than enough space. I absolutely love it, it’s a great purchase especially at the current sale price. The cushion covers being removable and washable are a huge plus as well, especially since it’s a white couch.. The first 3 pictures are from the first delivery. As you can see that this was damaged from warehouse or shipping. When i opened i saw 2 cuts from each side panel. It’s on the front and it’s big enough to see. So i boxed it up and called it in. Wayfair agent was very nice and very helpful and she even had it picked up from my front porch and scheduled another delivery after it was picked up. Very fast turn around and I am very happy with the service. I received the replacement and the box was in goods condition and no damaged. However. If you look at the 4th picture with a big dent on the frame, this was another reason i can call and returned. However, since it was hidden in the back and cannot be seen, i kept it because I’m tired of the hassle of calling it in and boxing it up. On the description, it says made out of leather. And non of the word FAUX leather. It feels like leather but i think it’s the cheapest leather. The chair is heavy enough to move around. The assembly requires a little bit of time and energy and frustration but it will get done. It is nicely manufactured from the outside but there are a lot of problems with the inner wood. Since the leather is thin, if you feel the wood material inside it feels thats its all banged up during assembly and it was covered to hide the dents and ugly shape. David. Suisun City, CA.
