This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. I won't know how well it last for a few months, but as of now I am really happy. It took my grandson a little over an hour to put together. First, I have to say that with all the poor reviews regarding putting it together I nearly didnt get it. This only took 15 mins to put the wheels on. No issues. Second, so many have suggested this is good for kids. I would NOT recommend this for children. Unless your kids sit still and are easy on furniture, this is not good for kids. The back MUST be positioned against a wall (not a problem here, but if kids are going to be on it or its not against a wall, forget it. The back will likely snap off -its wobbly.) The unit itself is very sturdy though! Sitting on it while I write this and feels solid. Lastly, reviews said it was VERY hard- firm- and it is, but I love it! But again, a reason its not for kids, because theyre used to flopping down on cushy things and this is like plywood with a thick foam solid cushion on top ...when I go to flop down forgetting that its firm I realize quickly its like sitting on a step of cement. However, I do love this! Im thrilled that I got it! Its the right color, though in this lighting it looks gray but I purchased the black one and is indeed black. It is a Tweed fabric, so the white specks in the fabric paired with our lighting make it appear light gray, its not. It is not lovely to the touch but not as awful as it could be. My favorite thing about this is that its incredibly versatile! Im a small person so when I sit down with pillows behind me my feet touch the floor, the positioning is perfect for leaning back on (side ways and fully extended of course), and is the right size for an armrest (When I read armrest in the booklet that came with it I was like what armor rest No joke its just like an armrest perfect height for me). When you lay down on it its perfect for someone who is shorter and prefers firm surfaces to sleep on (though narrow, so know that). I have back issues, and suffer on air mattresses or soft beds. I LOVED that people reviewed it as being too hard because I knew it would be perfect for me! Were using this in a spare room. Its the right height for a low coffee table, can be seating or pull-out overnight bed, can be moved into the living room for an ottoman or chair, and fits just about anywhere. I was very concerned because I thought I was going to cover up a plug in the wall with the back of this however when you pull it out the bottom clears the entire outlet! The one thing Im not thrilled about is I think that in shipping the pull out portion was bent, its a little out of alignment but it still works fine, its just going to irk my OCD and I do worry about its function. I would never pay full price for this item. And honestly I would have expected it to be about 10 to 20 less than it was on sale, but it was absolutely worth it for as many different ways as we can use this.. Amber. Willowick, OH. This couch has a lot to recommend it. The storage and overall functionality is fantastic. For the price I thought it looked better than expected. Beware that back and side pillows are comfortable enough but the couch is quite hard. If you have back issue the hardness will effect you if lounging for more than an hour. This cloud couch is HUGE. We purchased the 4 seater and it is perfectly long and extremely comfortable. It was very easy to put together, just open and put the covers on the base and pillows. It’s not super fluffy but it is very soft and comfortable enough to lay on and enjoy watching tv with 2-3 more people next to you and everyone having more than enough space. I purchased the blue linen version of this sofa. I had trouble deciding how to rate it because there are features I love and hate about it. I have been searching for a small convertible sofa for over a year. The main feature that attracted me to this piece is that it's "convertible". I also wanted blue. It's really difficult to find a coloured sofa in this "neutral" market. Most of the convertible sofas I looked at were massive or awkward to switch back and forth from sofa to bed. I think it has an interesting look to it and I love that it folds down completely flat. People are correct when they say its hard and somewhat uncomfortable. It's more like luxury patio furniture than a proper sofa so keep that in mind if you choose it. I have a twin mattress pad that I put on it for a bit more cushioning and I can still feel the base but my husband says it's fine as is for napping. I love that you can put a mattress pad on it and twin sheets to protect it and use it as a temporary twin bed. There are no arms to get in the way of lying down and spreading out fully.
