I love it! I bought this as a safe furniture piece for my playroom. My autistic grandson needed a safe sofa that can also fold to a bed for when he stays the night. It is very firm and has only been set up for 5 hours. I was actually quite surprised. I’m tall so of course the couch sits low for me but it is a great sofa to drop on and lounge when the grandson isn’t here. This couch has a lot to recommend it. The storage and overall functionality is fantastic. For the price I thought it looked better than expected. Beware that back and side pillows are comfortable enough but the couch is quite hard. If you have back issue the hardness will effect you if lounging for more than an hour. Coolest design ever! MUCH more comfortable than a pullout bed for sure. Had company stay over on this and they confirmed the comfort. Add to this the massive amount of storage space and WOWZA.
