I love that I folds down for when I am not using it, has storage (drawers on both ends and a cabinet), and is on wheels for easy maneuverability. It was pretty easy to assemble except for some pre-drilled holes in the wrong location or missing (that's why I gave it 4 stars). In those cases I had to measure and drill myself (and be exact so everything lined up properly). The quality of the table once assembled is great and it's very sturdy. I love the way it looks.
