Really easy to build and very sturdy but I was missing a whole set of screws. I think they accidentally put in more of another set because I had more than enough to build the piece and it works perfectly as I imagine it should. Also, the hinges are visible when it’s folded and very visible because it’s silver on dark walnut but it is what it is. It’s sturdy, doesn’t wobble and the table top is flat when it’s up. Can’t complain for the price and it does exactly what I needed - take up very little square footage. Judy. Nyack, NY. Thu Jun 11 2026

The table top has 3 significant chips out of the top layer exposing the particle board but I am still giving a 5 star rating because it was very easy to send photos of these areas on Wayfair’s app and they shipped both replacement pieces out right away at no charge for the parts or the shipping and I do not have to send the chipped pieces back so excellent customer service!. A good starter dining table for a newhomeowner like me. The tabletop appears thick from the top, but the open underside reveals that it's a hollow-edge design. A piece was broken during delivery and had to wait for replacement.. Herman. MD. Mon May 25 2026

I honestly really like the design of this piece, it’s ideal for compact spaces (like NYC apartments), but the quality control of the manufacturer is very poor. This folding dining table with two drawers and a cabinet is very functional and was easy to install. The instructions were clear and straightforward. I did have extra spare parts that I ended up needing, which was helpful. However, it feels a bit unsteady at times. There were also screws listed in the instructions and included in the bag that were not mentioned in the steps, which was slightly confusing.. Kealia. Mckinney, TX. Sun Feb 22 2026

I was specifically looking for an extendable table with legs at the corners that didnt look too plain. This table fits the bill nicely, but I will say that the color is much more gray toned than it appears on the screen. I actually like it quite well, but it has made it difficult to find a matching side table. There are also some minor defects in the finish on the tabletop, but not worth the hassle of returning. Hoping placemats will disguise them.. Lizabeth. Plainfield, IL. Thu Aug 06 2026
