I am very impressed with the quality of the table, chairs and bench. The "hex key wrenches" that are included for installation were way too cheap. They stripped out quickly and I had to use my own wrench, which is fine. There was a slight issue where one of the support brackets was damaged during manufacturing, but Wayfair customer service was excellent and made it right. Table arrived two weeks later than scheduled date. Based on tracking I could see that it was delivered to a warehouse just 40 minutes away, but it sat there for two weeks going nowhere. I called once to bring it to their attention, they said they would get it scheduled, but never did. I had to call a second time. So frustrating. There is a black mark on the side of the leaf that won’t rub off. Table is much more yellow than it appeared in on line. If you click to enlarge and observe the sideboard in the background, I was hoping it would be closer to that. My pictures don’t even show just how yellow it is in person. I finally pulled the trigger. I love the design of this table and the colors. The gray top looks like wood but is not totally smooth or too textured that crumbs get in it. It is a pretty pure gray which matches my tile backsplash. The white is exact white like my trim. I was hesitant against the color of the counter tops but it works. You can see how the different light bulbs change the appearance. Very happy even with the slight damage and accidentally ordering the wrong color the first time. Wayfair was great to deal with. This dining table exceeded my expectations! Delivery was smooth and the guys that delivered were nice enough to put it where I wanted it. I was able to assemble this all by myself but needed the help of my neighbor to flip it over and stand it up. As far as the assembly make sure you cut all ropes that come on the bottom part of the table as well as remove all staples. Excellent chair and easy to assembly. Feels solid (not fragile). Honey/wheat color of the back and legs (color) are not exactly as pictured on the website (slightly less attractive in person..due to the intentional distressing in the color application) but still looks good in my dining nook.
