Unboxing was a bit frustrating—the Styrofoam crumbled everywhere, creating quite a mess, and the screws were taped to it, which made cleanup even more difficult when removing them. During assembly, pieces F and G (the lower cross bracing) were especially tricky to align, and many of the screws didn’t line up easily with the predrilled holes. Step 10 was particularly challenging, as there were no predrilled holes for those screws, making installation much harder than expected. I absolutely love this dining room set! The color is beautiful, the chairs are comfy, the bench is a nice touch and the storage drawers put the cherry on top! The delivery was great, arrived over a week sooner than expected. My inly issue was the damage on ALL FOUR chairs. All in the same places. The delivery guys were careful putting it together so I don’t believe it was their fault, must have been how it was stored while being delivered. I can most likely cover it up with a wood marker. Very satisfied overall. This table is reasonably straightforward to assemble. I really liked that all the stickers for each part were strategically placed on mating surfaces so you didn’t have to spend any time removing them, they just get hidden in the final product. The tabletop is nice and sturdy and the strapping feels solid.
