I absolutely love this dining room set! The color is beautiful, the chairs are comfy, the bench is a nice touch and the storage drawers put the cherry on top! The delivery was great, arrived over a week sooner than expected. My inly issue was the damage on ALL FOUR chairs. All in the same places. The delivery guys were careful putting it together so I don’t believe it was their fault, must have been how it was stored while being delivered. I can most likely cover it up with a wood marker. This is a beautiful counter height table. The chairs with the leather seats are very comfortable. I needed a narrow table in a small kitchen area. The only think that makes it not perfect for me is that the way I have to have the table is to have the chairs ...2 on each side instead of one on each side and end. If this were a pedalstal type table it would be better for me as it makes it difficult getting off the chair with the table legs. This all mainly because of the restricted size place the table is in. It is truly a great quality table and chairs though. If it could be in a little bigger space then no problem.. Debbie. Hiighlands Ranch, CO. Tue Sep 15 2026

The Newington Counter-Height Dining Set offers comfortable sophistication for your dining room or breakfast nook. Inspired by midcentury-modern motifs, each piece features sleek, tapered legs for an unmistakably vintage vibe. Counter-height table legs and stools are durably crafted with solid rubberwood. The tabletop is veneered MDF. The 24" counter-height stools feature linen-like upholstery in a light-gray hue, plumped with comfortable cushioning. The set includes a table and 2 stools.

As everyone else has pointed out, the assembly instructions have nothing to desire. The cushion color is more a taupe-gray. The pic isn’t portraying that. I’ll probably recover sooner than later. The wood isn’t as attractive as the photos portray - it’s not walnut looking, but more like a non-grained wood. They’re comfortable enough. We’re keeping them because I like the overall style..
