This was worth waiting for. Beautiful lines, and nice and firm. It's hard to find a new sofa that won't look anachronistic in a vintage 1930 home, but this does the trick. A pleasant surprise is that it sits a little higher than I expected. The fabric is soft to touch, and it comes with two matching square pillows. I'm delighted with this sofa! I purchased two porter 62” loveseats in nomad snow chenille for my small living room. I love the look and the fabric is very soft and cozy. I like that for a compact loveseat, the seats are nice and deep for me to curl up on (I’m 5’10”) with my dog. I had to situate and steam the slipcovers a bit after delivery to make them look a little tidier but that was to be expected at this price and from reading reviews. The couches are light and I think the frames are pretty cheap (they twist easily when you lift one of the legs which I did to put floor protectors on the legs) so we’ll see how it holds up over time, but I do like them. The nomad snow is a very light/almost white linen color but has just enough beige woven in that I’m hoping it will hide mild dog hair etc and not be too much upkeep! This sofa is perfection and is a quality piece of furniture. The cushions are very supportive and you don’t sink in when you sit down on it. I am 5’6” and the height of 20” from the floor is perfect for me. Picking a fabric was not an easy task as Wayfair had no samples available.
