The bed that I ordered is exactly what I expected. The quality and sturdiness are great. However, the delivery service was certainly less than satisfactory. First of all, I was under the assumption that I would not receive a new metal bed frame so I left mine in place. I was told it was being replaced. I am nearly 70 years old and a woman. I asked the delivery man if he could help me move the old bedframe into the hallway. His answer was no he couldn’t touch it. When the bed was assembled, I went to check it before he left. It was approximately 16 inches away from the wall. I asked him if he would be able to help me move it to the wall. His answer was no because of the liability, he couldn’t risk putting a scratch on our bedroom wall. I was under the impression that it would be the “white glove” installation.
