This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it. The pillows and cushions are like the third the size of the one's shown in the pictures. Without that 2/3 fluffiness it allows no real support when sitting in it. Also, the main back rest doesn't seem very strong either. Creeks every time any weight is put on it. A bit concerning to hear with just one adult sitting, let alone thinking about it supporting three adults. So easy to put together even by yourself--only need to attach the arm rests and legs. No tools needed as.the screws and hex key are provided. The hardest part was taking it out of the box (or in my case, ripping the box away from the couch). As a couch, it feels great if you like stiffer support, like I do. If youre looking for a cloud to sit on, this aint it. Similarly the bed portion is kinda of stiff for sleeping but its easily solved by a mattress topper. Its super easy to fold and unfold, but mine didnt come with directions, so here are some tips. To flatten it to a bed, unfold the seat to flat first. Then unzip the pockets in the back of the backrest and unbend the legs for the backrest. After, gently pull the backrest forward first (like the backseat of your car when youre trying to get to your trunk from the inside of your car) and then push it all the way back to the floor. If you want to recline, you have to pull it up to the desired angle from the flat position. Note, the back has a huge exposed zipper (see pic) so if you dont put it against a wall, youll probably want a throw blanket or something else to hide it. Fair warning, it seems smaller than a twin in terms of width so larger guests and guests who roll in their sleep may feel uncomfortable with the width. The full bed is comfortable to sleep on. It’s soft and cushy. I slept on it for 5 nights straight and didn’t feel any back pain. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. One person can put it together, but it won’t be super easy with the parts that require you to carry or lift the parts to merge them together. The entire furniture comes in 3 separate boxes, all labeled. If you’re doing the assembly without professional help, you’ll have to first remove all the parts from the boxes before reading the assembly instructions in full. I got a bit confused with how the parts were organized until I realized some of the smaller parts were kept within the bigger parts to condense them together. The packaging was also superb. I didn’t have any damaged parts and could easily remove the parts from the delivery box.
