This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. The pillows and cushions are like the third the size of the one's shown in the pictures. Without that 2/3 fluffiness it allows no real support when sitting in it. Also, the main back rest doesn't seem very strong either. Creeks every time any weight is put on it. A bit concerning to hear with just one adult sitting, let alone thinking about it supporting three adults. The full bed is comfortable to sleep on. It’s soft and cushy. I slept on it for 5 nights straight and didn’t feel any back pain. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. One person can put it together, but it won’t be super easy with the parts that require you to carry or lift the parts to merge them together. The entire furniture comes in 3 separate boxes, all labeled. If you’re doing the assembly without professional help, you’ll have to first remove all the parts from the boxes before reading the assembly instructions in full. I got a bit confused with how the parts were organized until I realized some of the smaller parts were kept within the bigger parts to condense them together. The packaging was also superb. I didn’t have any damaged parts and could easily remove the parts from the delivery box. Do not buy. It is cheap and not worth the price point. and the drawers did not slide in smoothly. After being unbelievable unhappy with the item and arranging for return was horrible. We did not have the original packaging as we were not expecting to be this disappointed with item. Wayfair needed to schedule with their bparty to pick up and that was a complete inconvenient process. They’re is a lack of communication on scheduling pick up and extremely challenging to get someone on the phone to address the issue. After waiting for 20 mins on hold with 3rd party they said the pick up had been scheduled and I was notified, which I was not. I am normally very patient and understanding with the process however bc of the lack communication and Wayfair not able to give me a clear answer but only provide platitude’s I would avoid buying large dollar items from Wayfair!
