This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. I won't know how well it last for a few months, but as of now I am really happy. It took my grandson a little over an hour to put together. So supportive! I love this sofa and I’ve only had it for one hour. My back hurts less sitting on it. I like that there’s a way to adjust the headrest and the feet rest separately. I use a battery pack to operate it from Vevor and it’s working great. I had 57 steps they delivered it up which was very difficult but Wayfair made sure it got done! Delivery was convenient and easy to schedule. Re-delivery was difficult to manage online. Color is perfect. It’s a muted tan beige and the fabric is soft with a very light pill texture. I have pets but did not buy the performance fabric because of the color offering. I don’t do gray. I plan to keep my waterproof blankets from Members Mark on them to protect it from pets. The photo had a shadow but I hope it helps. This will definitely sit 2 plus size women with one teenager in between. If you are slim you could fit 4 slim teens. The best part is how supportive it is. I have a really bad back and achy legs and it seems like it will help alleviate that. I haven’t felt a couch this supportive before. A must try! Love the bubble style this is built in. So easy to put together even by yourself--only need to attach the arm rests and legs. No tools needed as.the screws and hex key are provided. The hardest part was taking it out of the box (or in my case, ripping the box away from the couch). As a couch, it feels great if you like stiffer support, like I do. If youre looking for a cloud to sit on, this aint it. Similarly the bed portion is kinda of stiff for sleeping but its easily solved by a mattress topper. Its super easy to fold and unfold, but mine didnt come with directions, so here are some tips. To flatten it to a bed, unfold the seat to flat first. Then unzip the pockets in the back of the backrest and unbend the legs for the backrest. After, gently pull the backrest forward first (like the backseat of your car when youre trying to get to your trunk from the inside of your car) and then push it all the way back to the floor. If you want to recline, you have to pull it up to the desired angle from the flat position. Note, the back has a huge exposed zipper (see pic) so if you dont put it against a wall, youll probably want a throw blanket or something else to hide it. Fair warning, it seems smaller than a twin in terms of width so larger guests and guests who roll in their sleep may feel uncomfortable with the width. The hardware package was unopened but, there were three assembly screws out of eight missing (they are being ordered). I have had the chair for about two weeks now and am pleased with the quality, the assembly and the comfort as a chair, when laid out as a bed (which is a cinch) it is not as comfortable as expected. I purchased the blue linen version of this sofa. I had trouble deciding how to rate it because there are features I love and hate about it. I have been searching for a small convertible sofa for over a year. The main feature that attracted me to this piece is that it's "convertible". I also wanted blue. It's really difficult to find a coloured sofa in this "neutral" market. Most of the convertible sofas I looked at were massive or awkward to switch back and forth from sofa to bed. I think it has an interesting look to it and I love that it folds down completely flat. People are correct when they say its hard and somewhat uncomfortable. It's more like luxury patio furniture than a proper sofa so keep that in mind if you choose it. I have a twin mattress pad that I put on it for a bit more cushioning and I can still feel the base but my husband says it's fine as is for napping. I love that you can put a mattress pad on it and twin sheets to protect it and use it as a temporary twin bed. There are no arms to get in the way of lying down and spreading out fully.
