I needed a small pull-out sofa for a home office/guest room. The couch is surprisingly comfortable and supportive. The height is perfect and the cushions are pretty stuffed. The fabric is a bit rough, but I was limited in options due to size constraints in the room. It came a bit stained in some areas, but Customer Service was beyond helpful and responsive. We were in frequent communication and came to a great resolution. The twin pull-out is easy open/close and works well for my needs. Over all, I’m happy with the purchase.. Jennifer. Fri Dec 27 2024

Just today our set of 2 ottomans for the new couch arrived! Wayfair gives us the ability to purchase with confidence each and every time! And their customer service is stellar! Just received the sofa but there were no drilled holes to install the legs. Customer Service offered a few options for the inconvenience so it worked out for us. Other than that, the color is exactly as in photo. And I expected the cushions to be more firm than it really is but it’s the right amount of softness where you won’t sink into the cushions in my opinion. Great overall!. Yenni. Sugar Land, TX.
