This sofa is perfection and is a quality piece of furniture. The cushions are very supportive and you don’t sink in when you sit down on it. I am 5’6” and the height of 20” from the floor is perfect for me. Picking a fabric was not an easy task as Wayfair had no samples available. Sturdy construction classic design….Very comfortable and perfect proportions…I’m 5’3”. Seat cushions appear slightly saggy-wrinkled and loose after sitting in…see photo. The back cushions are fluffy and tight and are fine probably filled with different material. It’s like they didn’t fill the seat cushions enough (maybe due to the down wrapped foam). I want to insert a rectangle of foam to create a better look. Very comfy though…not too swishy or stiff. The proportions feel really great and we love the square armrests.Took a chance on the chateau gray boucle without seeing a sample. It is a warmcream tone more than a cool gray., which is good. The boucle texture is ok but not my favorite…selected based on our two cats and feel we made a good decision. Price and quality excellent. Delivery was within the timeframe after a month delay… Everything went smoothly and glad we were in town because the delivery window was moved up and we had only two days notice… but we’re so happy to receive it after that extra month wait.. The sofa is fine, but the delivery and service was terrible. The delivery date was pushed back four times from mid-November to mid-January. My email queries went unanswered and when I would phone, I would usually just get the same information which appeared on the website. The one time I did get a representative to call the manufacturer, I was told the sofa would be delivered before Christmas, but it did not arrive till January 16. This was very frustrating and I would never had purchased the sofa had I known it would take over 16 weeks to be delivered. The website originally promised an 8 to 10 week delivery. I have the 85” in white (I thought it was a cream color but it is bright white lol) and 60” in dove color (I learned dove is a beautiful gray color). For the material, color and style I’d give these sofa a 55 star!! However, not the most comfortable sofa I’ve owned. The seat depth is not deep making it uncomfortable to seat or lay down. If you have long legs then this sofa is not for you. My sis is the only one happy sitting on these sofa as she has the shortest legs and her feet touch the ground, so she’s happy lol… she’s 5.3. The little pillows that come with the sofa are really unusable with the sofa because there is no enough room to have them on my back as a cushion.
