Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. Worst part is, I think it’s grease in some areas because it rubbed on the wall and left a streak on the wall that only came out with magic eraser. All that being said. I needed a small pull-out sofa for a home office/guest room. The couch is surprisingly comfortable and supportive. The height is perfect and the cushions are pretty stuffed. The fabric is a bit rough, but I was limited in options due to size constraints in the room. It came a bit stained in some areas, but Customer Service was beyond helpful and responsive.
