Actually turned out perfect! The box that came was huge, I’m a woman that lives alone so I just opened it right there at my door and brought the pieces up the stairs, was actually pretty easy as took the box straight to the trash. I would recommend a friend helping you put it together as I had to get a chair to hold up the pieces while I hooked the other side. Other than that it only took me maybe an hour total from box at the door to sitting on a complete couch! This couch is very comfortable and attractive. It was also fairly easy to convert into the bed option. AND the bed is surprisingly comfortable. Not always the case with a convertible beds. This is a very nice reclining sofa. The material is soft. The recliners work smoothly. My only concern is that the material is a tad bit thin, so I'm hoping the seams hold up.
