Im not home, haven’t been for a month. These were delivered while I was gone! In a very timely manner! I will review them once I am home and able to set it up! As far as I can see from pictures, everything arrived in perfect shape. Edit to add: frame was easy to put together. The fabric pieces arrived with some marks on them so I washed them and they shrunk a bit so they were a tad difficult to put on but I was able to figure it out. I considered giving it 5 stars, because of the price. It's pretty good for a cheap couch. It looks nice, but when you sit on it, you can tell it's cheap. Cushions are not super thick. I purchased this sofa because my disabled mother will be visiting and cannot climb stairs. Unfortunately, despite being advertised as a sofa bed, it does not convert into a bed, which was disappointing and the main reason for my purchase. That said, I do like the sofa itself. Assembly was straightforward, it feels sturdy, and the corduroy fabric is soft and attractive. I also appreciate that the cushion covers unzip for easy washing. I did try sleeping on it, but the armrests are very hard, making it less comfortable for overnight use. Because it doesn't function as a sofa bed as described and isn't ideal for sleeping, I'm giving it 4 stars.
