Im not home, haven’t been for a month. These were delivered while I was gone! In a very timely manner! I will review them once I am home and able to set it up! As far as I can see from pictures, everything arrived in perfect shape. Edit to add: frame was easy to put together. The fabric pieces arrived with some marks on them so I washed them and they shrunk a bit so they were a tad difficult to put on but I was able to figure it out. I purchased this sofa because my disabled mother will be visiting and cannot climb stairs. Unfortunately, despite being advertised as a sofa bed, it does not convert into a bed, which was disappointing and the main reason for my purchase. That said, I do like the sofa itself. Assembly was straightforward, it feels sturdy, and the corduroy fabric is soft and attractive. I also appreciate that the cushion covers unzip for easy washing. I did try sleeping on it, but the armrests are very hard, making it less comfortable for overnight use. Because it doesn't function as a sofa bed as described and isn't ideal for sleeping, I'm giving it 4 stars. Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! If I’m able to, I will post an update in the future after the pillows fluff a bit. I purchased an extra ottoman so me and my hubby can rest our feet. Overall, very happy with my purchase!. Anonymous. The backrest cushions and the arm pillows are very full to give you a better rest experience and look very elegant. The sofa frame is strong, the maximum weight capacity is 700lb, can be with you for a long time.
