It came two days earlier than the estimated. It all came in three boxes. I love that it’s easy and no assembly required. Is recommended to let it air out for 48 to 72 hours. It only has been 24 hours. The covers are very soft like chenille. We sat on it and is a bit firm and I hope it will give a bit with use. I hope this couch will last us for a while. This is a very nice reclining sofa. The material is soft. The recliners work smoothly. My only concern is that the material is a tad bit thin, so I'm hoping the seams hold up. The Ebern Designs reclining sofa is comfortable to sit on, the seat backs are high and nicely padded to cradle your head. The material is soft and will be warm in the winter. The color is a little darker than the website shows. It took two people a little more than an hour to put it together. The feet of two of the seats of this couch recline but I found them hard to deploy and it took a good amount of force to close the footrest. The couch is a little light and moves easily when pushed.. The sofa arrived in damaged packaging, with torn fabric in two places. The color was different from the one shown in the listing. The legs looked used, and one leg was missing the threaded insert needed for installation. Some of the pre-drilled holes were misaligned, so I had to hire a professional to install new threads and adjust the holes. After extra work, we finally assembled and set up the sofa. Once it was completely assembled, I was told to wait up to 72 hours for the cushions to fully inflate, but the cushions still looked flatter than they do in the picture. They are also not very soft.
