This sofa is made using quality materials proven to last. The sofa is a very elegant sofa that will change the look of your room instantly.

Just received the sofa but there were no drilled holes to install the legs. Customer Service offered a few options for the inconvenience so it worked out for us. Other than that, the color is exactly as in photo. And I expected the cushions to be more firm than it really is but it’s the right amount of softness where you won’t sink into the cushions in my opinion. Great overall!. Yenni. Sugar Land, TX. The sofa is fine, but the delivery and service was terrible. The delivery date was pushed back four times from mid-November to mid-January. My email queries went unanswered and when I would phone, I would usually just get the same information which appeared on the website. The one time I did get a representative to call the manufacturer, I was told the sofa would be delivered before Christmas, but it did not arrive till January 16. This was very frustrating and I would never had purchased the sofa had I known it would take over 16 weeks to be delivered. The website originally promised an 8 to 10 week delivery. This has since been changed to 12 to 14 weeks.. Anonymous. Healdsburg, CA. Wed Jan 20 2021
