I am so freaking happy about the quality of this chair. Online purchases are such a risk, for quality and comfort. But this chair nails it on both. I sink right into it in the best way possible. I was nervous about it looking sloppy too, because some of the review pics made it seem like the slip cover was messy but it's not and it steamed out beautifully. After 3 months I tried to cancel the order, as they kept pushing the delivery date back, but was told that it was a special order and couldn't be canceled. This chair is beautiful and the quality is excellent, besides the seat being very firm. I am 5'5" and when seated, my back is not supported. There is about a 3" gap.
