I needed a small pull-out sofa for a home office/guest room. The couch is surprisingly comfortable and supportive. The height is perfect and the cushions are pretty stuffed. The fabric is a bit rough, but I was limited in options due to size constraints in the room. It came a bit stained in some areas, but Customer Service was beyond helpful and responsive. Absolutely beautiful well crafted couch. It took longer than expected for delivery but it was worth the wait. Couch is well made and wrapped in satin type fabric. Both the couch seat and small arm cushions are a downy feather blend. Couch back cushions are well stuffed with a poly foam blend. Seat cushions are a bit firm to reduce sagging.
