Set up took a bit longer than expected but it is a cool set. I don't like the drawers as they are not really connected in any way, just on wheels, so, they don't really align correctly unless you put them in correctly. I had a friend helping me which made it nice for holding parts in place. highly recommend a drill for installation, made it take half the time. matched well with the other wayfair nightstands I got.
