The ottoman was shipped to me and the box was completely destroyed, and the inner wrap had been torn away and it looks like FedEx may have re-taped it haphazardly with some package tape. Look more expensive than they are I took a star off because one of them is filled unevenly on top so one side is a bit lower than the other and the piping sits differently.
