This slipcovered armchair showcases a relaxed silhouette with recessed arms for a casual feel in your home. It's crafted with an engineered wood frame, providing a structured base for the soft foam and down fill. The sinuous spring seat construction offers supportive comfort, while the loose back design adds a laid-back look to your seating area. Two included toss pillows provide extra padding as you lounge. UV- and stain-resistant fabric makes this a practical choice for busy households with kids or pets. Plus, the removable slipcover makes it easy to maintain a fresh appearance.

I am so freaking happy about the quality of this chair. Online purchases are such a risk, for quality and comfort. But this chair nails it on both. I sink right into it in the best way possible. I was nervous about it looking sloppy too, because some of the review pics made it seem like the slip cover was messy but it's not and it steamed out beautifully. It's definitely a performance fabric (i got the blue and white striped), so it's not a super soft material but i can tell will hold up wonderfully with my two dogs. Highly Recommend.. Laura. Raleigh, NC. Mon Jul 20 2026

This chair-and-a-half features a deep pillow-back design and wide square arms that offer plenty of room to relax. Built with a kiln-dried solid and engineered wood frame, it rests on four black-finished legs and includes sinuous springs with a foam and feather-blend seat. Two accent pillows add extra comfort, while reversible cushions and removable covers keep it practical for everyday lounging. Mortise and tenon joinery adds strength to the build. Our favorite? I comes in dozens of slipcover options to select from, whether you're looking for classic, neutral linen or bright, luxe velvet.

I've never ordered anything like this before, sight unseen, so fingers were crossed. It's super comfortable, the blue duck is a bit less intense than the photos (kind of washed out looking) and oh my gosh is it big- yes, I knew the measurements, but it's still massive looking. But delivery was great, the guys were quick, communicated well and set it up where I asked them to. So, would I have bought it had I seen it in a store, probably not, as it's just not what I wanted, but we'll make it work.. Suzanne. Bristol Ri. Thu Jan 22 2026

I’m really happy with the Walters chair. It has a classic, tailored look that feels elevated without being overly formal. The proportions are great—it’s substantial and comfortable but doesn’t overwhelm the room. I chose the Conversation Capri fabric, and the color is beautiful in person. It adds just enough color while still feeling versatile and sophisticated. The tight back keeps the chair looking neat and polished, which I especially appreciate in a living room that gets everyday use. Overall, it feels well made, comfortable, and much more expensive-looking than I expected. I liked it enough that I purchased two to place side by side. Definitely recommend!. Anna. Wed Oct 14 2026

Love our new chair!! Its much bigger than expected but thats okay because we have a big space for it. Its very comfy and sooo soft. I thought it was weird thar it was delivered not in a full box. Upholstered in your choice of fabric, it’s made to mix – try it with a bold throw or let its tailored silhouette shine on its own.

The chair is very high quality. I took a chance on the Monique Twine fabric, and it’s the perfect taupe color. Not too light and not too dark. It’s very comfortable, too. Very pleased with my purchase.. Melissa. Colquitt, GA. Tue Jun 16 2026

This chair is definitely oversized, and the grey color is very subtle. The material seems to be of nice quality. Although I’m not impressed of the fit of the slipcover , it’s kinda sloppy looking. I tried to tuck and straighten the material but still wasn’t nice and neat ! I think it’s more suitable for a den or bedroom.. Linda. West Salem, OH. Wed Nov 19 2025

It’s a huge chair. For my kids they can fit their whole body there and don’t even need an ottoman. For me and my husband that’s different story. The only thing that’s is missing is to have a little foot rest for it. Besides that the chair is so comfortable and soft and really spacious. It swivels all around which is also cool.. Malgorzata. This is a gorgeous, incredibly comfortable chair. I would strongly recommend ordering samples as the color ended up being different than it appeared online for me (I ordered the Bella Pine). I was hesitant to order this expensive chair without trying it out, but it’s hard to find a vanguard showroom and I had heard that it’s a top notch furniture company so I took the chance. The chair is well made and beautiful. It came a little later than expected, around 6 weeks after the order was placed, which is really not that long for custom, so I am very pleased all around and am tempted to order a second one..
