I am so freaking happy about the quality of this chair. Online purchases are such a risk, for quality and comfort. But this chair nails it on both. I sink right into it in the best way possible. I was nervous about it looking sloppy too, because some of the review pics made it seem like the slip cover was messy but it's not and it steamed out beautifully. It's definitely a performance fabric (i got the blue and white striped), so it's not a super soft material but i can tell will hold up wonderfully with my two dogs. Highly Recommend.. Laura. It's super comfortable, the blue duck is a bit less intense than the photos (kind of washed out looking) and oh my gosh is it big- yes, I knew the measurements, but it's still massive looking. But delivery was great, the guys were quick, communicated well and set it up where I asked them to. Okay. I ordered this chair in July, 2021 and was told it would be 8-10 weeks. After 3 months I tried to cancel the order, as they kept pushing the delivery date back, but was told that it was a special order and couldn't be canceled.
