Took a little while for my husband and brother to assemble, but the results were amazing. This bed was purchased when we set up a green guest bedroom after our youngest daughter moved out post-college. Later, we gave the bed to our eldest daughter to refresh her teal bedroom in her little house ("casita") in southern Texas. She paired the bed with Boho Bouquet bedding -- also a gift from us, purchased on the Wayfair website.. Cheryl. Keller, TX. Mon Aug 03 2026

Good materials and overall sturdy but it’s not easy to put together. You pretty much NEED a drill and two people. The center supporting legs do not all reach the floor so sitting down on it can cause noise. The frame is also bigger than a queen size mattress so there will definitely be a gap on one end.. Ive always had good results ordering from the George Oliver brand. Bed frame was everything I expected it to be. Fairly simple to assemble by myself too. Ive had bedframes in the past where you needed to screw the slats into the side of the frame which was annoying and made it impossible to survive multiple moves. Really appreciated the Velcro and dowel system with this frame. My only complaint would be I received nothing to cover the mounting holes. The holes on the top of the frame and side are left exposed. I dont really care at the end of the day, but makes it feel less finished. The slats felt a little thinner than I would have liked them to. Its fine for me and my partner of a healthy weight but if someone heavier were to slam onto the bed from a long day, Im not sure how well those would hold up over time. Definitely dont jump on the bed. Other fun activities have been tested and approved. Sturdy headboard... Overall, satisfied with the purchase. Sleeps comfortably with no squeaking, feels solid, lots of room underneath for storage.. Murph. Chicago. Mon Sep 07 2026

A little tricky assembling it, but maybe I'm simply intimidated with instructions. Anyway, it's worthwhile to have so that a box spring mattress isn't needed to accompany the main mattress.. Shirley. Vacaville, CA. Wed Jul 15 2026

This is a very solid wood bed. It looks nice and is sturdy. 4 stars because in assembly, it seemed as one set of screws was too short, so I switched them out for longer ones and used the shorter ones for a different area. It all worked out OK. I like the wood tone and the style - both are neutral and look designer, and the height is just right. The outlets on top are an added bonus!. Lynne. Lakeville, MN. I love this bed. It shipped very fast, arrived in about 5 days. I was nervous because there weren’t any reviews but turned out great. All pieces were free of damage or cracks. I’m really pleased with the quality. It feels VERY solid. No creaks or noises anywhere. Everything fit together perfectly and the instructions were clear. My one and only con is with the panels, the silver bolts kinda stand out and the sticker that it comes with to cover them, doesn’t match the color of the wood- Brown sharpie should do the trick. Otherwise super happy.. Mishelle. Thu Apr 09 2026

Beautiful bed. It took some time to assemble. The bed is sturdy and does not creak. Because the slats are slightly lower than the side rails it is hard to make the bed. Overall we love the bed.. Lisa. Midlothian, VA. Thu Sep 03 2026

Purchase went well delivery within a week. Very heavy item need to well muscular sized people to carry the box in and up the stairs. Open box contents was in good order however the and no explanation for anything instructions were all visual and no explanation for anything. Subsequently it took approximately four hours to assemble to assemble you have to look at the parts intensely for the little screw holes to make sure you’re putting them in the right spot I would not recommend this the actual drawers are made out of metal wire at the bottom of the bed and don’t lineup at all.
