The new shipment did arrive with all the parts, but we also noticed some chipping and damage on the side. At that point, we decided to keep it because we were tired of going back and forth. Its very good quality bed frame, but I had some minor issues with it that were easily resolved. PROS the quality of the wood and finish is very nice and consistent. Like with any wood product, the wood acutally appears much darker than shown in the pictures, however I like it with the more apparent wood grain. It took me 40 minutes to unpack and assemble alone, which is very reasonable. The bed feels VERY sturdy CONS My headboard arrived with a big scratch straight across the front veneer. No replacements were available so wayfair just discounted the price instead 2 of the slats were a very tight fit that i had to sand them down otherwise hammering them in might've damaged the finish..
