I purchased this executive ergonomic chair from Wayfair after reading reviews that highlighted its comfort and size, and I’m glad I did. I had been searching for a high-quality office chair that could handle long work-from-home days—up to 10 hours at a time—and this one really delivers. The chair is very spacious, supportive, and comfortable, exactly as described by other buyers. It feels sturdy and well-built, like it will hold up well over time. Assembly was mostly straightforward, and I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. All of the features work perfectly, including the height adjustment and reclining lock mechanism, which is a great touch for comfort during long work sessions. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s a beautiful, comfortable, and well-designed chair, and I’m looking forward to using it every day.. Kim. Arizona. Tue May 12 2026

I LOVE this chair!!! It came neatly packaged and was easy to put together with minimal tools. The seat is super wide, so I can sit with my legs crossed and still be comfortable. The material feels really soft and very comfortable. It does scratch fairly easily though. I have a puppy and he scratched the arm with his paw and the material has a small scratch now. I didn't take a star off though because I love this chair so much! The foot rest is nice to have but is a little bit flimsy. Overall, I highly recommend this chair for it's comfort and clean look... Just buy it!. Samantha. North Granby, CT. Wed Jul 08 2026

These chairs are very high quality and sturdy. It’s difficult to find office chairs that the seat height is at least 20” and these fit the bill. There is a slight degree difference in the pitch of the seat front and slightly lower at the rear which is perfect for comfort, posture and keeping the seat at my preferred height. The only complaint are the directions for putting together the round base - there is a correct side - make sure you insert the hydraulic mechanism first to figure out the top and bottom before installing the wood covers. Directions should delineate the difference.. Karen. US. Sat Dec 06 2025

A Chair He Actually Loves — And That Says Everything I surprised my husband with this chair for his home office, and it was an instant hit. The footrest and reclining feature are a bonus he definitely didn't expect to love as much as he does. It also holds up to 400 lbs, which speaks to how well-constructed it is. I have waffled on this between four and five stars. The chair is every bit as weighty and good looking as the pictures show. Not quite a chesterfield but chesterfield-like. The "faux leather" certainly feels as you would expect pleather to feel. I'm a fan of full grain leather typically but given the option of this versus a 2k+ chair of real leather it is a good compromise. I will say the following though as a "con" of sorts. There are a few comments here about the pitch of the seat. As an amateur woodworker I mistook this as not understanding that a proper seat needs pitch to be comfortable. The basic pitch (with the back locked) is a bit more than I thought it would be and I can see how a smaller person may not like it. I'm 6' and have it at top height so it works for me, but just be aware that the pitch of the seat is a bit more than you may be used to.. Andrew. Owens Cross Roads, AL. Sun Sep 13 2026

Full-Body Ergonomic Support: Contoured to perfectly support your head, back and lumbar. This backrest design keeps your spine in a natural posture, effectively dispersing pressure to combat fatigue and ensure lasting comfort throughout long workdays.

This chair is very comfortable. My husband is 6’3” and a former football player so he’s a big guy and office chairs are hard to find in his size. We’ve been in the market for a while to find one that is good looking and comfortable, and tried a few others and they always break easily. This chair is sturdy and easy to assemble. Also, it matches the other side chair we have in the office so I like the dark gray color. The lumbar support adjustment bar is in an odd space since you have to reach all the way under the chair to adjust it, but other than that no other complaints. If you are a tall or larger person this chair will make you comfortable for a long day at work. My husband is very happy with this purchase.. Alison. Wylie, TX. Sun Aug 09 2026

I have never had such a nice chair in my life!!! This thing is beyond comfortable and i love it. The best part It actually has a BATTERY on it that makes it so you CHARGE it and unplug it!! You dont have to keep it plugged it! The only downside is it is quite loud when reclining, i assume that will just be while its new. The cushions are SO thick. So happy i got this. I have chronic pain and this will be great for me.. Karlie. Syracuse, UT. Wed Sep 30 2026

Spend hours at your desk? You deserve a chair that supports you without feeling stiff or stuffy. This one gets the job done—genuine leather upholstery gives it a smooth, breathable feel that holds up well, whether you're clocking in daily or just need it for the occasional work-from-home day. The mid-back design gives you enough support to sit upright without feeling forced, and the naturally relaxed 100° tilt helps ease tension while you work. Need a break? The adjustable tilt range (100°–125°) lets you lock in your sweet spot. Or, switch on the free-swing mode and lean back whenever you feel like it—easy and effortless. Perfect for your home office, work desk, meeting room, conference room or even an executive space.

Well, it is a nice chair. Very comfortable and looks just like an original Eams executive chair, but, without a tug of $4K+. I only taking a point away because it is not a genuine leather... it is faux and need to say so.. Alla. Manhattan Beach, CA. Thu Aug 06 2026

Love my new office chair. I put together a lot of office chairs, and this was by far one of the most easiest I’ve ever put together although the instructions are a little vague it comes with screws never tells you where they go. But if you used to putting together furniture easy enough to figure it out.. Pamela. NC. Sat Oct 03 2026
