Really great value for the price. I like that the base is metal and the gray/white color is pleasing. The only thing that I really don't like is the arm rests are not adjustable. Otherwise a very comfortable chair that can be used for daily computer work. Also, I find the seat material a bit scratchy on bare skin so I put a nice cashmere blanket over the seat cushion.. Lca. First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026

well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. Anna. Toledo, OH. Tue Aug 04 2026

Nice office chair. I like the lumbar support. As someone else indicated the arms do push down (see pic) so keep that in mind if you tend to use the arm rest when you stand up. Assembly was easy enough for one person but two would make it faster.. Erika. Sun Jun 07 2026

The faux leather doesn't feel as good as I thought it would and the chair isn't as comfortable as I imagined either, but it's not bad. I hope it holds out. I just didn't want to overpay for a desk chair and this seemed reasonable so we shall see how it holds up. I've only had it a few days. Plus I wanted white. I do like that it swivels and reclines and that the arms go up. Wheels seem to be good. It's nice and light as well. Looks nice in my office with the other Wayfair stuff I bought. One thing I do wish it had was a head rest and I probably should have bought a desk chair that had one. We received it in two days so that was great. I would recommend not using Apple Pay on this website (maybe just use it on your phone) because the charge originally went through, but the order didn't and I had to wait a few days for things to sort out, get my credit on my credit card, etc. before I could order again and this time have it go through.. Mary Ann. Laconia, NH. Thu Nov 05 2026

So far so good. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. I'm only 5'5" tall and are two low when folded in the down position. * Construction of seat bottom looks substandard and not very well done. We will see how it stands the test of time.. Jose. FL. Tue May 12 2026

In our house, we’ve been through about a dozen different office chairs (thanks to working from home and teenagers who sit in theirs for both homework and gaming). We’ve tried a number of different brands of office and gaming chairs at different price points. And unfortunately, we were disappointed in this chair for the price. The chair looked nice, had a comfortable but breathable mesh seat, and claimed to have all the features we tend to look for: adjustable seat height, arm height, headrest, and lumbar support. The foot rest looked like a nice bonus. But once we put the chair together, we found we could not make the seat height or lumbar support adjust. It isn’t clear whether the hydraulic switches were malfunctioning, but if so, the manufacturer may be able to provide support or a replacement and fix the issue. The headrest only moved a small amount to adjust it, and this was not controlled by the same switches. It was also very tough to move up and down to the right height. The footrest was also difficult to pull out to use. The star-shaped base was plastic and came with some scuffs on it. I loved that the chair came with a good assembly manual. However, some steps were lacking in detail and were very small to try to see.. Emily. Snohomish, WA. Sun Jun 21 2026

Unlike a traditional desk chair, the foldable backrest helps reduce the chair’s footprint when not in use, making it especially practical for home offices, bedrooms, apartments, and compact workspaces. The breathable mesh back pairs with adjustable lumbar support, an adjustable headrest, 2D armrests, adjustable seat height, and a cushioned foam seat for personalized everyday support. When it is time to relax, the 90°–128° reclining backrest offers four locking positions, while the retractable footrest gives you extra space to stretch out. With minimal assembly, smooth-rolling casters, 360° swivel, and a 300 lb weight capacity, this versatile ergonomic office chair works equally well as a home office chair, computer chair, task chair, or reclining desk chair for work, study, reading, and daily use.
