Overall happy with bookcase as it serves it's purpose. Nice and heavy but there in lies a problem as it ships in 1 package. Packaging looked very rough and delivered with a corner damaged. FedEx driver warned me it was unusually heavy and helped me carry it into house. Luckily you can't see the damage as it's on bottom unless you're looking for it. Nitpicking wise the top trim piece does not line up flush and isn't adjustable as guide piece is glued on so it sits a little crooked on top. Again overall happy with product, would buy again.. I was impressed with the quality of the product, and visually, it’s exactly as pictured. The long boards were not marked front or back which is very important. This book shelf becomes sturdy once assembled, although that process was long and a pain (definitely two people needed). It looks wonderful once it is all set up. So many possibilities on how to display what you want in the cubbies. The only imperfection was the chip in the bottom corner. Gorgeous linen white color that matches our walls perfectly. Shipping took longer than expected. I ordered 2 of these and each has some slight imperfections from handling.
