Probably 3.5 is more accurate. It’s sturdy and looks good. However, it’s pricey for the materials used. The two units don’t fit closely together which detracts from the appearance of a single unit.. Tara. East Point, GA. Fri Jul 31 2026

Got this to be able to fit an 84 inch tv that was super heavy. We couldn’t find an entertainment stand that was big enough that wasn’t a ridiculous amount of money and this ended up working out so nicely. It was perfect, we got it 3 years ago and still have it. So it’s a great product in my opinion. It’s in the background of the picture I used and is the best reference I could find to daily living.. Anderson. Clearwater, FL. Mon Aug 31 2026

Great low profile bookcase - well made , sturdy, all wood. Assembly was pretty easy - take your time but you’ll need a couple of screw drivers ( flat and Phillipshead) besides the tool they send. It’s a nice quality piece for the price. It’s not all solid wood though and the pre-drilled hole for the middle leg is causing it to be a little janky which is annoying (see photo). Overall though good. Follow assembly instructions carefully.. Anthony. Strongsville, OH. Thu Mar 05 2026

It looks terrific in our front bay window and it holds a lot of records. It worked well for what we needed. That said, it is very cheaply made. When it arrived the legs looked like they had stickers on them for the “veneer”. I guess it really is a get what you pay for purchase.. Amy. Cincinnati, OH. Thu Jul 23 2026

Put together fairly easily! Looks much nicer than you would think for the price. Appreciate the flexibility of having variable shelving. Mid century modern tv stand is retractable and extendable horizontally, which match the different living room size and support space saving. Upgrade your living room or bedroom with the Extendable TV Stand. This minimalist rectangle entertainment center is designed to enhance your entertainment area with its asymmetrical-inspired design.

I got the gray version. Not sure why they call it white/gray, because there isn't a single white object on this TV stand. It is gray and light gray. At least the pictures in the listing are accurate. For me, this worked perfectly for my multimedia room. Assembly is easy enough for one person, but it will take 2-3 hours. The pictures in the instructions are too small, making it difficult to read part numbers and know how to orient certain pieces, especially the drawer channels. The drawer channels in the pictures also do not match the actual hardware, making it difficult to know where to place the channels and where to insert screws. I got lucky and figured it out on the first try. Once set up, everything looks great. I was able to adjust the width of the stand to work perfectly with my 85 inch TV. There is a nice wood grain finish in both the darker gray and light gray pieces. It seems sturdy enough, but I would not put the rated 160 pounds on this unless the weight is widely distributed. There is no support under the space between the drawers. Overall I am very happy with this TV stand.. Delorean. Dallas, TX. Thu Oct 22 2026

Imagine this settled comfortably behind your sofa or anchoring a cozy living room corner. Sunlight catches the gentle, stepped curves of the tabletop, casting soft shadows that dance across its rustic wood-grain surface. In its eight inviting cubbies, your favorite stories mingle with the warm glow of a framed photo, the sleek silhouette of a vinyl record, and the trailing leaves of a pothos plant. More than just a shelf, it's a curated canvas for your life's moments—a stable, stylish foundation that holds not just your belongings, but the very character of your home. It’s where quiet organization meets warm, everyday charm.

Beautiful bookcase, as advertised. I had a Wayfair subcontractor put it together. It adds so much 2 my living area!. Gail. Buda, Texas. Mon Sep 07 2026

The trick is there is no trick. What you see is all you need. The bookcase is about functional space that celebrates a single material and elevates your materials reading and otherwise. Back it up against a sofa, use it along a wall, or float it.

Looks great and is easy to put together. Sadly, the shelving space does not accommodate the usual sized book sizes so you have to lay many of them down horizontally.. Jeffrey. Boston, MA. Wed May 27 2026
