The upholstery fabric has a rich, substantial texture that resists snagging, and the tailoring along the wings and headboard is crisp and symmetrical. * Comfort If you like reading, working on a laptop, or watching television in bed, the cushioned wingback provides fantastic support. It feels cozy and sheltering—no awkward gaps between the mattress and the frame, and no sliding pillows. * Build Quality Assembly The frame is solid and completely silent—no squeaks, shifting, or wobbling once everything was tightened down. The bed is beautiful and sturdy. It was a little bit of a pain to put together but got it done in about an hour. The fabric is quite yellow however. And the wood is definitely warm. My one complaint is it’s pretty low to the ground so I can’t fit my under bed storage and I can’t fit under it to retrieve cats. I’m debating on risers. Because of how the bed is designed they could have drilled holes several inches higher on the headboard and made the legs longer. Just two inches higher would make like easier. And I feel a little like I’m sleeping on the floor when I lay in it. Cat and cat bed for scale and side of frame to show how it could be taller in the pictures.. Shelley. Salt Lake City, UT. This is a really cute bed and seems really solid. A couple of things that made me knock a star off the rating though. Each slay has to be screwed in with at least 3 screws so this will be very difficult to move out of this room if ever needed. Also the wood has different colors.. Janice. Atlanta, GA.
