I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The box looks like it should be good quality, but unfortunately it arrived in poor condition. I contacted customer service to report the issue, and while they offered a 20 discount, I asked for a bit more since I really don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it, buying another one, and waiting again for shipping. They asked me to wait 24 hours for a response, so I’m still hoping for a better resolution. This is actually my third recent order with problems, which is very frustrating. I’ve been a Wayfair customer for years and never had this many issues before. Really disappointed with this experience. I received an email from Wayfair saying they are going to credit back to my original payment method, which I appreciate. I already finished building the box spring and, as I mentioned before, it does look like good quality overall. I really hope I won’t have any problems with it later on. Very happy with the shipping. Came fast and no damage. The directions were fairly easy but could have a bit more clearer instructions in some areas. Took 2 of us about 1.5 hours.
