I was looking for a light weight down and this fit the bill. It was for a guest bedroom. Everyone sleep’s different, some cold and some hot. Now that it is summer I’ve folded and placed at the base of the bed to be pulled up if the air conditioning gets too cold. This last winter it was reversed, main coverage and the lighter weight bedspread for extra warmth. it is a good quality of fabric and it is soft and "quiet". I don't like fabrics which make some noise when you move in it. It came nice packed. The only issue I have is that it is very little down inside that squares. the down move around and very often you have just two pieces of fabric. I didn't sleep under that cover yet, but I don't think it will be enough for the winter time. This is a great, thick goose down, comforter that I ordered for my client to put in a duvet cover, so it seems like it will be really nice year round. I was honestly positively surprised by this comforter. When you first take it out of the packaging, it looks a bit wrinkled, which is completely normal, but the moment you touch it, you immediately feel the quality. Really nice! Just unpacked it and laid it on the bed and there were quite a few little feathers flying around, but after a good shake outside they were gone.
