This duvet is made with soft, plush microfiber fill, a high quality polyester that's meant to mimic the softness of down. The shell is soft 300 thread count cotton.Microfiber doesn't have the same insulating properties as down, so microfiber duvets are heavier weight. A fair bit of fill is required to achieve the desired warmth. One benefit of a synthetic duvet is that it can be machine washed at home, given your machine is quite large and you wash/dry on a low heat setting. Natural down and feather are sensitive to moisture, but polyester is not!

Good quality fabric. Plump duvet, good weight. Does the job in cold weather. Pleased with this purchase.. Korinne. NS. Mon Jan 27 2025

Does your bedding have you snoring (and we don't mean it in a good way)? If your comforter isn't making you cozy in style, it might be time for a refresher in your restful retreat. A soft duvet like this is a great option for snuggling up while you drift off to dreamland. A polyester filling rounds this piece out with a warm touch that can be used year-round. It's also completely hypoallergenic, thanks to its microfiber components! And since it's machine washable, when this piece needs a pick-me-up, simply give it a quick cycle and tumble dry.
