For an 8x8 foot bedroom in our north woods hunting cabin. We installed it to hover over the foot of a low platform bed. Sturdy enough for a 220 lb grown man, and the extra under-bed storage is great. We modified it for our needs…we omitted the side rail and installed the drawers to face out, not in. Not squeaky at all. No worries about weight capacity. Still need to buy a second mattress, but it’s perfect. Did I say sturdy? You betcha. Packaged very well and shipped fast. Highly recommend!. Shopaholic. Princeton, WI. Sun Oct 18 2026

Combining classic style with a sleek modern look, the Levi Twin over Full Bunk Bed is made for today's youth. The bunk bed is made of pine wood and offers extra room for guests or siblings, featuring a twin bed over a full bed. The headboard and footboard have a curved slat detail with sturdy square posts. The ladder is built-in and the heavy, duty slats will support a mattress without needing a bunkie board. Made to withstand, the beds have a 400 lb static weight limit for each bunk surface.

The assembly went decently well. My DIL put it together with my granddaughter holding pieces once in awhile. Took about 8 hours. Hint: do not tighten down until it is assembled, including the ladder. Update: They still love the bed, and I thought i'd add a picture. The wood is more like a rustic whitewash. It doesn't look as well as the picture and who ever shipped it, left it in the rain. The box was falling apart, and luckily I found it and took every piece in by hand, and dried them off. No damage done, but It was unnecessary to leave it like that in the rain when they could have left it next door at my parent's who have an over covering on their porch. Both DIL and granddaughter got on top bunk. It felt sturdy and didn't move around. We did get a bunky board for top because mattress is foam. The girls love it and are having fun putting their dolls and stuffys around. Very unhappy with delivery. Boxes falling apart. Fed ex stood one up at bottom of deck stairs. We are having g sporadic thunder storms. No plastic was place around packages, so the box fell apart and all the wooden pieces fell and were rained on. I had a mess! I had to remove one piece at a time into home and dry it off. It took a couple people a few hours dealing with two wet opened boxes. The bed was poorly packaged and fed ex left a mess! I'll update after we assemble.. Tah. Rome, GA. Sun Apr 12 2026

We painted this green to have the lurid green bed of my son’s dreams and it looks good both pre-paint and post-paint. I’m concerned about long term quality and if this will really last. The side rails aren’t a single piece - it’s two pieces and there is a short leg that sits under them (so the bed has six legs instead of 4). This dinky little leg constantly needs to be adjusted so it is standing straight and not at an angle under the bed. That said my husband is a big guy (6’8”, 275lbs) and we have two kids and he can read to them in the bed. Since it has held his weight for a year now, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3. Lauren. It took me four hours by myself to put together but the instructions were ok and all the hardware was there. Construction of the wood parts was good. It's very solid and I love having the trundle option under the bed. Just remember that you need a thinner mattress for the trundle pull out than for the top bed. It was such a savings to put it together myself then to purchase one in a furniture store. I purchased the grey version which is a soft hazy color.. Melissa. Hubbardston, MA. Wed Jun 17 2026

Good quality construction but we did have one screw hole that didn’t line up (bed was still secure without it thankfully). It’s great. I had a 10” mattress and this was pretty much the only option that allowed that size mattress with a significant rail length left to have my toddler protected from rolling over and falling. The rails are not very sturdy but sometimes my daughter climbs over them and they have stayed in a good shape. I was worried about that when I read other reviews but it’s definitely not bad. Please note that there’s a space left on the edges, so if your child uses a pacifier be prepared to go looking for it at night.. Alba. Mon Oct 19 2026

Got this for my almost 4 year old and she loves it. Took my husband about an hour and a half to assemble it.My daughter has asked me to sleep with her a few time and I was really impressed by how sturdy the bed feels. We initially had it setup with the guard rail as she got acclimated to it and now we have it setup as a daybed so mom and dad can get in and out of the bed a little more comfortably.. Arista.
