We bought this Kids Wooden Floor Bed with Fence-Style Guardrails and Built-In Bookcase Storage for our toddler and it has been an absolute hit. From the first night she slept in it, she has been completely obsessed. She loves climbing in and out on her own, and the low-to-the-ground design makes her feel independent and safe at the same time. The fence-style guardrails give us peace of mind without making the bed feel closed in, and she still has plenty of room to move around and get comfortable. What she really loves, though, is the built-in bookcase storage. We filled the shelves with her favorite books, stuffed animals, and small toys, and now the entire bed has become her little world. Every morning she wakes up and starts rearranging her toys right there in the shelves and along the sides of the bed. She spends so much time playing in and around it that it’s basically her play zone as much as her sleeping space. Having everything within arm’s reach means she can grab a book or a toy without getting out of bed, which has made bedtime and quiet time so much smoother. This bed has many amazing features and looks beautiful in pictures, which is why we bought it. We bought 2 beds, and the materials for both beds were packed mixed up all together across boxes that came over multiple days. We did not know this would happen, so when 3/6 boxes arrived, we assumed it would be one of the beds. We had parts strewn about our house and garage for days waiting for the additional parts to arrive. When they finally all arrived, some of the parts were horrible quality for the price (more like sturdy cardboard instead of wood). More than that, some of the parts were damaged. Some were cracked, cracked easily when moving them, and some looked like they had previously cracked and were glued together. We ended up returning it all.
