[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old(1999) system with Bosch and couldn't be happier. New system is much quieter. We are using our system much more because it is easy to hear and talk while using. When in use, the Bosch is taller and seems to catch more of the smoke and odors. Very pleased with our upgrade.. This portable range hood is compact, lightweight, and requires no installation, making it perfect for small kitchens, dorm rooms, RVs, and tight living spaces. Made from ABS material, it features a multi-layer filtration system that absorbs odors and filters smoke effectively, ensuring a fresher cooking environment. The smoke and odors are filtered and collected in the grease filter cup, preventing it from spreading indoors or being inhaled. Easy to clean and operate, this countertop range hood combines functionality, portability, and sleek design, making it an essential addition to any apartments, RVs, small kitchen and workbench setup.

I didn’t like it, it didn’t clear the smoke while I was cooking with it set right beside it (as close as I could get it to my pan) even on high.. Yvonne. US. Fri May 22 2026
