Upon installation of the stove, we discovered the unit wasnt working properly. Wayfair Customer Service acted quickly and gave us several options which included repair or replacement. We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. We received the replacement unit and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. Wayfair excelled in my kitchen remodel project. I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . It's beautiful. I'm new to induction, so it's weird, so far, but I think that's about induction technology, not this stove. One super tiny complaint is the screws they give to put the black metal backsplash on are silver, so if your stove is in an island & you see the back of your stove, the screws stand out & look cheap. I especially appreciate the largest "power" burner (front right) for getting things boiling so quickly! The oven is spacious and preheats quicker than my previous gas oven. I haven't used the air fry oven feature yet, but I am looking forward to using it in the near future and possibly getting rid of my counter top air fryer and getting back more counter space. The stove top is very streamlined. These stove top grates will fit in my dishwasher, saving me from hand washing them. All in all, this was a great addition to my kitchen and replacing my old range/oven was a good decision.
