Received my beautiful stove early and now just waiting on the remodel. Packaging looks undisturbed and delivery team kept me posted the day of delivery. Awesome experience. Upon installation of the stove, we discovered the unit wasnt working properly. Wayfair Customer Service acted quickly and gave us several options which included repair or replacement. We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. We received the replacement unit and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. Wayfair excelled in my kitchen remodel project. I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . It's beautiful. I'm new to induction, so it's weird, so far, but I think that's about induction technology, not this stove. One super tiny complaint is the screws they give to put the black metal backsplash on are silver, so if your stove is in an island & you see the back of your stove, the screws stand out & look cheap. We bought this for our kitchen remodel and it fits right in. Looks great, clean lines, sleek. We added the black doors and matching hood. Performs wells also! The little oven hasn't fit as much just yet, but I'm sure I'll find some dish to fit in there. One of the support legs was missing it's rubber foot and the light that turns on for the larger oven hasn't worked.
