We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. We received the replacement unit and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. Wayfair excelled in my kitchen remodel project.
