Love the design of this water jug dispenser/holder except for one small detail, if you store glass water jugs full of water in the designated area of the stand, they leak. Please clean this product regularly to ensure safe drinking. 2. Does the product smell? --- Please clean the lower water reservoir by soaking it in lemon water before use. 3. Poor refrigeration effect? --- Please note that when the yellow light comes on, the fan starts to cool down. It takes about 40-45 minutes to cool (0.08 gal each time, the cooling temperature is 46-59℉). Please do not put cold water in the cooling process, otherwise, the cooling time will be prolonged. After the cooling is over, the yellow light goes off, the fan stops running, and the cold water can be discharged.

Due to the extremely hot water, we've added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. We have incorporated a nightlight that can be switched on from the back of the unit. This will make filling up your cup at night so much more simple and easy. The dispensing area of space below the spouts. This will accommodate most large cups or bottles. The Pedestal Riser helps to get a little more water pressure from the Rain Barrel and to raise the spigot a little higher to put a watering can under it.
