This thing took FOREVER to arrive, but we knew that would be the case. It delayed home construction - the pandemic and supply chain issues to blame. Wayfair was generally ok with communication, definitely friendly, they just didn't have much info. ANYWAY - the range is beautiful. First of all the black champagne bronze is shockingly gorgeous! The legs make it look like furniture. This arrived just in time for my Memorial Day party with 80 guest. My caterer used my oven and said it worked like their commercial oven at restaurant. I was able to cook breakfast next day for 23 people with ease. Since then I’ve Baked and used oven everyday and I have to say,so far I’m in love with this range. Made of high quality. Small oven fits appetizers or sides . After a long 8 month re-model our dream kitchen is finished at last and we finally got to test drive our new Zline CGR-BR-48 gas range! After a month of use I often wonder how we survived our old range, this thing is awesome. All the features are well thought out and intuitive to use and deliver every time. I originally had the Nostalgie I bought a little over two years ago. I had a lot of trouble, such as loud ventilations fans (that sounded like an emergency broadcast signal), uneven cooking, temperature swings of over 100 degrees, not all burners working, and misaligned doors that resulted in the small oven door opening whenever the large oven door was opened. All these problems have been fixed. The ventilation fans are super quiet. The burners work great. The temperature is even throughout (baking a cake was the test) and the oven temp is rock solid (I didn't even see the temperature change at all during the 15 minutes that I was monitoring it with a temperature probe.) Of course the great thing that hasn't changed about the Nostalgie is its looks, which has always been the case and is obvious just by looking at the photo. The new Nostalgie range cookers are appliances that integrate professional technologies with a classic style that is always inspiring. The range cooker has a 2.3 cubic feet multi-function electronic oven and a static oven with a capacity of 2.00 cubic feet. The main multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100° to 500° F. The cavity is coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The 6-burner gas cooktop configuration has a central fry top and two double-ring dual burners with a maximum power of 25000 BTU each. The induction range has 6 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3700W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.

I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) .
