Glad I found this UC-B018. I bought it over the other makers/name brands for my little studio because it was sturdy, came with both a top and rear venting option, and had a plug so the unit was ready to plug in w/o hiring an electrician. The light is amazing, as you can see in my brief video. Design of the whole unit is sleek. Given how great the first one was, I just ordered a second one for my larger home.. Suzannehummingbird. Transform your kitchen with the ROBAM R-Max3, an ultra-slim powerhouse engineered for professional-grade extraction and effortless, touchless control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very sleek. I luv the style. Suction odor n smoke very well. Operating it with just your hand is a plus plus with me. With all that being said, it is very loud. Beyond level 3, the sound is unbearably loud. It was supposed to be one of the quietest one in the market and that is misleading. The light source is so weak that i can barely see what I am cooking without turning on all the lights in my kitchen. The other thing is trying to understand the manual, though it was written in English also, I could barely understand some of it. A lot of guess work when reading the instruction. Price is not cheap but it does the work getting rid of smoke and odor, so far. I dont regret buying it because I think the performance is solid but if they dont improve the sound n the light source...would I buy another one? UnfortunatelyI hv to say no.. One Who Cooks A Lot.
