The stove, once we got it, (Wayfair was a hassle to deal with and took SIX MONTHS to get this stove) the stove worked great. We moved from Florida to Ohio. Florida we had Propane gas and in Ohio we have Natural gas. We didn't notice this until we got to Ohio but the Natural Gas nozzles cover kit they sent me when I purchased the stove are the Wrong nozzles. I have been fighting with an Illiterate or incompetent "Mary" from Acona, thru email for over 2 months , as their phone numbers do not work or have been disconnected. All mI want is the correct nozzles that they didn't send me. Since I am getting nowhere, I figured Id file a warranty claim. Guess what, the warranty company website is so screwed up, their chat doesn't work and you can't contact them except thru the website BUT you can't log in. What they HECK! $6000.00 stove has been sitting for FOUR MONTHS because I can't use it due to Ancona Incompetence. Michael. Thu May 29 2025
