This thing took FOREVER to arrive, but we knew that would be the case. It delayed home construction - the pandemic and supply chain issues to blame. Wayfair was generally ok with communication, definitely friendly, they just didn't have much info. ANYWAY - the range is beautiful. The main feature of this series is the ability to change the look of your kitchen in less than 2 minutes by changing the color of the oven door and the kickplate. You can get a new color set (oven door and kickplate) for a really low price and change it whenever you like. Your kitchen decor will be ready in 2 minutes!

I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . amazing! We love our new range!! It was thousands less than others that we looked at. I called our Appliance Repair man prior to purchasing… Just to ensure that I would have someone local to help. Should anything go wrong. They were familiar with the brand and we purchased in confidence. The oven seems to need a tiny calibration… And even on convection, it heats a little unevenly. But considering how gorgeous this is and how well all of the burners work… We have absolutely no complaints! The main multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100° to 500° F. Both cavities are coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The induction range has 6 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3700W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.

It’s great, size wise, for a large family. We like having the dual ovens and the large range. However, the griddle stopped working within the first couple months of owning it and almost ALL the knobs have broken off. I have tried numerous times to reach out to customer service, even with proof of purchase from Wayfair, and they have REFUSED to help or honor their warranty.
