I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . Should anything go wrong. They were familiar with the brand and we purchased in confidence. The oven seems to need a tiny calibration… And even on convection, it heats a little unevenly. But considering how gorgeous this is and how well all of the burners work… We have absolutely no complaints! Overall doing well and getting used to a new system. I've put a separate thermometers in the oven to check the temp and the small oven runs a little higher than the set temp and the big oven a little less. The knobs get very very hot when the oven is on. I've heard others have thisproblem and Forno will replace the knobs with less heat conduction.
