For our kitchen remodel we were looking to change to a 36" range, and evaluated many models available. Based on looks and features, we decided to go with the Café model. It has only been in use for 3 weeks so far, but we love the burners and the spacious oven. Having connectivity to the phone is great as well. A very good range/stove that we have used for the last year. It has a few idiosyncrasies to which we have become accustomed. The clock is ridiculously hard to set. We have to look it up every time the time/date changes. There is no automated option. No smart connection for this unit at all, which is a plus and a minus. The power is insanely good. It can boil water so fast. The oven is very even. The unit feels solid. Placing a pot on an unused hob will result in a clicking noise that happens every few seconds. At first this drove me nuts, but now it's fine. The induction is fairly loud, especially when placed at a high level. The stainless steel scratches fairly easily. At first this was annoying, but now it's a kind of patina. This thing gets some serious use daily and I'm okay with it. Delivery was uneventful. I did need to make some mods to my electrical outlet but that was no big deal. Cost me $200 to get an electrician out. Make sure you have the outlets and plugs that you want/need in advance.. Adam. I bought this a little after Christmas 2025, and I can confidently say that after using the burners and oven for months, it does a great job! I love that this range doesn’t have any digital components/displays, and all the knobs are super simple to read. I love that the oven racks pull very smoothly, and the door has a great seal to it. It bakes bread very well, macarons, jerky, and anything interesting you’re willing to try! The convection is VERY powerful- I have learned to turn the convection fan off before opening the oven so it prevents a heat wave from greeting you in the face. I enjoy cooking and cook at a very high level. This range just ups the ante with controllable power that works perfectly at low temps and superbly at high temps. The oven is also very well and I love the pull out rack, so smooth, and infrared broiler is just the cherry on top. If you ware looking for techie features with sleek styling and don't care as much about the performance, look elsewhere. This is a workhorse built like a tank and it just preforms. I can't say enough good things about this oven and the range hood from Kucht that we got with it. If you were wondering about this company and if it had quality products (because you had never heard of them like I hadn't), worry not. The range and hood are fantastic and in my opinion much better performing than any of the other higher-end ranges that I have cooked on. I absolutely LOVE it. Not installed yet, but it definitely is heavy duty and is a very nice color. I will update my review after I get a chance to try it out. It is a energy star appliance. The down fall is the specs state it is 18.6" deep. The number one reason I wanted the oven, because it would fit the baking pans I already own. But the inside is really 16.5", because in the back of the oven the convection fan is built out about 1.5" inches, so the oven racks are actually 16" wide.
